At Easimaker, we are committed to providing reliable machines and professional services.
We aim to help customers save time and reduce concerns, and therefore provide the following Warranty and Support Policy for our sugarcane juice machines.
1. Warranty Coverage
1.1 Motor Warranty Period
Easimaker offers a 13-month warranty from the date of shipment for the motor of the sugarcane juice machine. During this warranty period:
– If the motor experiences any manufacturing or quality-related defects under normal usage, we will provide free repair or replacement.
– Easimaker will bear the ocean freight costs for shipping new replacement components (export), and/or any import taxes and duties incurred when a defective motor needs to be returned for repair. (import)
1.2 Non-Warranty Parts
The following consumable or fragile components are not covered under this standard warranty due to their nature and regular wear during usage:
– Gears
– Chains
– Rollers
– Power cords
– Buttons
– Other wear-and-tear parts
1.3 Human-Caused or Out-of-Warranty Damage
– The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper operation, unauthorized modifications, or any human factors.
– For issues not covered by warranty, or beyond the warranty period, we offer paid repair services and replacement parts.
2. Warranty Claim Procedure
To request warranty service, please contact our support team at [email protected], and provide the following information:
– Machine model and serial number
– Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or shipping document)
– Description of the issue (include photos or videos if applicable)
Once the issue is verified, we will guide you through the repair or replacement process.
3. Additional Support
Even after the warranty period ends, Easimaker continues to provide comprehensive technical support, parts supply, and repair services at reasonable costs to ensure long-term functionality and satisfaction.
