FAQs- Products

A sugarcane juicer is a machine designed to extract juice from sugarcane stalks by crushing or pressing them between rollers or plates. The fibrous pulp (bagasse) is separated, and the juice is collected. Depending on the model, juicers can be manual, electric, or automatic.

Important factors include:

  • Intended use (home, small business, commercial)

  • Juice output capacity and motor power

  • Number of rollers or pressing mechanism

  • Materials (preferably food-grade stainless steel for hygiene)

  • Ease of cleaning and maintenance

  • Warranty, spare parts availability, and after-sales support

Common causes and improvements:

  • Using dry or old cane → use fresh with higher moisture content

  • Worn or dirty rollers or crushing parts → clean and replace when needed

  • Roller gap not optimal → adjust roller spacing properly

  • Low motor power or inconsistent drive → ensure you have sufficient motor horsepower

Typically covered: manufacturer defects, motor malfunction under normal use. Often not covered: wear parts such as rollers, seals, belts, switches, or damage caused by misuse or neglect. Always check the warranty policy provided by the manufacturer.

With proper maintenance, regular cleaning, and timely replacement of wear parts, a high-quality sugarcane juicer can last 5-10 years or more, depending on usage level and environment.

Best practices include:

  • Clean all juice contact parts after each use, remove pulp and debris

  • Wash with warm water and mild detergent; avoid harsh chemicals

  • Disassemble removable parts for deeper cleaning weekly or monthly

  • Lubricate moving parts where applicable

  • Regularly check and tighten screws, bolts, and electrical components

Possible reasons:

  • Loose components, bolts or screws not tightened properly

  • Foreign objects stuck in rollers or crushing area

  • Worn bearings or gears

  • Motor overload or imbalance

Safety tips:

  • Always turn off and unplug machine before cleaning or maintenance

  • Don’t insert hands or tools into rollers while machine is running

  • Use original parts and follow manufacturer guidance

  • Avoid using machine in wet or unsafe environments

  • Manual: operated by hand crank; good for low volume, portable use; lower cost but more labor required

  • Electric: powered by motor; higher output, less manual work; requires electricity and more care in maintenance

  • Automatic: may include automatic feeding, safety features, sometimes self-cleaning; ideal for business/commercial applications with high throughput

FAQs- Ordering & Purchase

The lead time depends on model, customization (OEM/ODM), and order quantity. Typically, machines ship within 5-10 business days after order confirmation for standard models. Customized orders or large bulk orders may require longer lead time.

You can order via the website by selecting the model and contacting sales, or request a quote. For custom OEM/ODM orders, provide your specifications (capacity, voltage, branding, etc.) for a quotation. Payment terms (e.g. deposit / full payment) will be agreed before production starts.

Common payment methods include bank wire transfer, credit card, and other secure online payment gateways. For OEM/ODM or large orders, a deposit is usually required up front, with balance paid before shipment.

Easimaker offers international shipping. Shipping terms depend on destination and weight/size of the machine. For standard orders, shipping cost and schedule will be confirmed at checkout or via invoice. Options may include sea freight, air freight, or courier-based delivery depending on urgency.

Generally, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. For certain orders, Easimaker may offer CIF or DDP terms – in which case some or all of these fees may be included. Always confirm with us prior to placing the order.

Modification or cancellation is possible before the production starts. Once manufacturing has begun, changes may incur extra cost. Cancellation policies depend on agreement; deposit may be non-refundable once the machine is in production.

Due to the nature and size of the equipment, returns of fully built machines are generally not accepted unless there is a defect or damage during shipment. For defective units, contact Easimaker with proof (photos/video) and serial number. Refunds or replacement will be handled per warranty policy.

After your order is confirmed and the machine is in production or ready to ship, Easimaker will provide shipment tracking info or update status via email. For large orders, regular progress updates can be provided.
